Leisure facilities & rest houses

Due to the inclusive nature of this sector, some of the projects cited here are purely entertainment ones, while some are based on tourism as well. It is worth mentioning that tourists have different needs. Some prefer spending all of their time within the hotel complex (depending on the hotel’s quality and star rating), while others rent holiday apartments or houses. By the same token, leisure preferences vary, as some prefer exploring the holiday location on foot while others prefer visiting restaurants, cafés, cinemas and theatres etc. Therefore, the design of tourism facilities should take into consideration the location and sociological factors, as well as climate changes and governmental stipulations (should there be any).

All of these factors should be taken into consideration in order for the project to meet all possible needs. Recreational buildings also include any facility that provides visitors with peace of mind, relaxation, and a feeling of pleasure. Such buildings can be accessed through social clubs which provide (in addition to the facilities mentioned above) a feeling of intimacy and closeness among different members of society. Recreational buildings also include designated ares to meet the needs of tourists from different parts of society. Therefore, the factors cited below are relevant as solutions to what is mentioned above.
